THE PHASE Build
The Phase is a mixed wheel E.P.O model. With a 29” front wheel and 27.5" rear, producing 160mm of travel front and rear. Designed & manufactured right here in the U.K at our purpose built facility. We think this makes the Phase a strong contender to be our most versatile E.P.O. model to date.
WHAT MAKES THE PHASE STAND OUT
The Phase is the next step in the evolution of our E.P.O. program. At Orange it's all about the ride, and we've made substantial improvements to our e-bike chassis which delivers the most engaging trail feel to date. Couple this with the power of Avinox (DJI) the new Phase feels ready for anything.
With 160mm of travel front and rear the Phase finds that sweet spot for nearly every trail. You'll never feel under gunned or wollowing in too much travel. Our newest platform feels sure footed and poised in every circumstance.
The Phase really feels like one bike that can do it all. Excelling where the uplift doesn't go. Some of the best trails lie beyond where your lift pass stops – enter the Phase. Big adventures and an e-bike with big ideas, way above the lift station. Fast and sure footed, the stability provided by its geometry will give you the confidence needed for any trail.

The new Phase features a brand new and improved frame with an Avinox drive system and 800Wh integrated battery, offering more range than ever before.
The Phase is the result of 10 years riding and developing E-bikes. Culminating in what is our finest work to date!
The Phase wields a 64° head angle, 76° seat angle, reduced offset fork, refined reach measurements and a trunnion mounted shock, but it also incorporates Avinox's (DJI) 800Wh battery technology. This all culminates in geometry you can depend on, composure on the most challenging of terrain, better small bump compliance and a bike that will keep going lap after lap.
We even sweat the small details so you don't have to, a replaceable aluminium bash guard protects your investment, UDH dropouts make your drivetrain future proof and a 5 year frame warranty with limited lifetime crash replacement policy means you never have to worry.
With MX wheels, 160mm travel front and rear this bike is prepared to go wherever you are willing to take it.

CONSTRUCTION
At Orange we never stand still. With every iteration we hone our production processes to improve every frame's performance and features where needed. With our state of the art facility and aluminium craftsmen who hold years of experience, we think that the frames we produce today are among the finest we've ever made and indeed probably the finest in the world. We don't know of anyone else that goes to the lengths we do to create a performance mountainbike frame the way we do.

The one thing that never changes is that everything will always

We’re not middle men, we’re not box shifters, we’re doing what we do to make
mountain biking fun for anyone that wants to come aboard. Hand crafted, reliable, high-performance bicycles.
Increasingly we live in a global community, and for others nearly everything is sourced from
anonymous factories from all over the world - the reason? Economics. Buy cheap,
sell high. We design all our frames here in the UK. Nothing gets picked from a
salesman’s catalogue.
ON top of that our high-end model’s frames are built from aircraft grade 6061
aluminium right here at our fabrication plant in Halifax (Elland), West Yorkshire. We
know it’s not cheap, it’s not meant to be easier - but we think it’s the best. It’s no
secret that we also have frame building partners in Taiwan, and we work only with
the best people with relationships going from fathers to sons - they are part of the
extended Orange family.
